BeeLumen currently ships Australia-wide.

Orders are carefully packed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days.

Standard Shipping: $11
Express Shipping: $15
FREE Standard Shipping: On orders of $150 or more

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

We take great care when packaging our candles. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello.beelumen@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible before your order is dispatched.
